Just a brief note about golf tomorrow – Wednesday 16/9.
The greens are currently going through the coring process and will obviously be below their normal standard for a short time.
As a result, the proposal at this stage, is if the guys can get nine holes done (in all likelihood the front nine) that tomorrow will just be either a 9 hole comp or we go around the relevant 9 holes twice.
It will be more of a social day with no handicap adjustments or submissions to golflink – in essence we will use the “old” cards.
I just thought I would let everyone know – unfortunately, we are unable to avoid this due to lack of volunteers to get the job done completely in the given timeframe.
